Estimated Delivery Time

All products sold through SlabForest are either custom-made, made-to-order, or stocked in international warehouses. As such, estimated delivery time for most orders ranges from 35 to 60 calendar days, depending on the product type and logistical factors.

This estimate applies globally, regardless of the customer’s location.

Please note that production for custom or made-to-order items may take additional time (up to 20 business days), which is included in the overall delivery estimate. If any delay is expected, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, our team initiates production or prepares your product for international dispatch. Depending on the size, weight, and destination, shipping may involve:

  • Ocean freight or air freight transit from international warehouses (primarily Asia or Europe)

  • Customs clearance

  • Final-mile domestic delivery via standard courier or freight carrier

Throughout this process, we maintain full visibility and control over order tracking on our side and may share status updates via email upon request.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing an order. Incorrect or missing information may result in delays or failed deliveries.

If you need to change your delivery address after your order has shipped, additional courier fees may apply. In such cases, we will inform you of the cost and the necessary steps.

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, regardless of your location.

Failed Delivery and Reshipment

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or absence of recipient and is returned to us, a restocking fee and return shipping charges may apply. To avoid this, please double-check your shipping information and be available to receive the parcel during the expected window.
