Returns and Refund Policy

SECTION 1 – GENERAL RETURN POLICY
At SlabForest, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return window. Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in original packaging.
Please inspect your items upon delivery. Even if you plan to install or assemble them later, we encourage you to check for damages immediately. Any damage must be reported to our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
SECTION 2 – RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Product is unused and complete.
Product is uninstalled/unassembled.
Product is in its original packaging.
Please provide:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Photos or videos of the product and its original packaging, including the shipping label
Once shipped, please provide the return tracking number. Note: return shipping costs are not covered by us. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted, and a 75% refund will be issued after inspection.
SECTION 3 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and media showing the damage/issue.
Depending on the case, we may offer:
A replacement or part
A partial refund
If you choose to return the item instead, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you must cover return shipping. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
In extreme cases (e.g., severely damaged items that are unusable), we offer a full 100% refund within 1–2 business days after approval.
SECTION 4 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
Assembled or disassembled items
Installed products
Items without original packaging or damaged packaging
Made-to-order or customized products
These products are only refundable in cases of total damage upon delivery.
SECTION 5 – FAILED DELIVERY AND REFUSED PACKAGES
Refusing a package at delivery is not allowed. If a package is refused, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee and issue a 75% refund after the item is returned.
Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address will incur a 10% restocking fee. If re-delivery is supported, we will attempt it. If the package arrives damaged, we will replace it or offer compensation.
SECTION 6 – ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within:
24 hours for quick ship products
48 hours for other products (100% refund)
If you cancel after 48 hours but before international shipping, a 5% restocking fee applies.
If cancellation is requested during international transit, a 15% restocking fee and logistics fee will apply.
Made-to-order/custom products cannot be canceled once production has started. If canceled early, a 35% restocking fee will be charged.
